PRODUCT QUALITY and INSPECTION
Before designating an item a "Mollectible" and listing it for sale, we carefully inspect for any noticeable damage or blemishes that can be found on pre-owned items. We make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you (in the description and by photo) of any that can materially impact the value.

In addition, you can and should submit written questions about any potential blemish or damage. This helps give you peace of mind that you are getting the item you ordered. Because you have the ability to investigate the Mollectible in addition to the information provided on the website, items are sold "as is" with no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition or fitness of the item for a specific purpose.
 

CERTIFICATE of AUTHENTICITY
Mollectibles are sourced from reputable vendors and resellers who often provide information regarding the background or interesting facts regarding the item. When a provenance or certificate of authenticity is provided by the vendor or reseller, it will be included with the item.
 

LIMITATION of DAMAGES
Notwithstanding the absence of any warranties or guarantees and the "as is" nature of the sale, by making a purchase, you agree that all damages, if any, shall be limited to the purchase price and shall not include any special damages. We do not warrant for suitability or fitness of purpose.

 

We are collectors too, so we'll pack your order just the way that we would like to receive it.

All items sold are carefully inspected before shipping out to you. This provides both you and us the peace of mind that you'll be receiving the correct item ordered. 

PROCESSING and SHIPPING
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and an estimated 3-7 business days for delivery.

Mollectibles ships on Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following working day. The buyer will be notified of any expected processing and shipping delays via email. Make certain yours is correct. Items are normally shipped via USPS, although alternative shipping arrangements can be made by contacting Mollectibles.

When available, a tracking number will be sent via email to the address listed on the order. Items are insured for the purchase price (up to the maximum available per carrier), and you will be responsible for making any claims to the USPS or Carrier for items lost or damaged in shipment, as items are delivered by Mollectibles FOB to the USPS or Carrier.

For items received with noticeable damage to the shipping container, please do not open the box and contact the Carrier for further instruction. 

 

Please note that the delivery time frame is an estimate only, as delivery delays beyond our control can occur.

SHIPPING

Shipping is a fixed $12 per item.  This includes insurance to the value of the item(s) and cannot exceed the maximum available by the Carrier.

We use United States Postal Service as our preferred shipping partner; however, we may use alternate means (such as UPS or Fedex) at our discretion.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Please accept our apologies as, due to current uncertainties, we cannot accept orders with deliveries outside of the United States and its Territories.

BULK and OVERSIZE ITEMS

Certain items, such as large framed pictures, require special handling, packing and shipping.  Please contact us for estimated costs.

SALES and USE  TAX
We are required to collect Sales and Use taxes according to the delivery Zip Code.

 

TYPORGRAPHICAL ERRORS
We are not responsible for errors in the may occur in descriptions and graphics.
